You can change the password so that it is easy to remember. When answering the questionnaire only the survey code is needed. The password is needed when analysing the results.
The password must be at least 8 and at most 20 characters long and contain letters a-z and A-Z and at least one digit 0-9.

Mark this box if you want a separate password, which enables you to give other people the possibility to analyze the results but not make changes to the questionnaire. This also enables to execute the survey with complete openness and transparency if you distribute the questionnaire code and password to all respondents. This procedure improves trust and engagement.

In addition to the standard questions the customer can add tailor made questions to the questionnaire (max. 20). The added questions can be of the following types: open questions, yes/no questions, questions with answers on a scale from 1 to 10, and multi-choice questions. The type and wording of each added question is determined in the next stage. The customer should carefully consider the need for additional questions because usually the longer the questionnaire the lower the response rate.

The personnel can be divided into groups by gender and/or age. Please notice that if the respondents get the impression that individual responses can be tracked, then usually the response rate will decrease. Therefore, smaller groups than 20 individuals are not recommended.

The personnel in a bigger organization can be divided into groups.

For example, one criteria can be personnel group: Blue collar worker, White collar worker, Management. Another criteria can be department: Production, Maintenance, Administration. A third criteria can be country: USA, Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Norway, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Austria, Japan, Australia.

Remember that the response rate will decrease and the response will be less honest if the criteria are too specified and the subgroups become too small influencing the anonymity.
